Design process contains following stages:
project documents implementation;
working documents preparation.
Pre-design activity includes the construction works necessity, construction site research/examination/inspection, permissive documents gathering, budget, construction preliminary concept, receiving of the technical specifications for engineering networks connection, engineering research undertaking, design specification and design documents creation and other aspects
Project documents include:
general plan preparation
architectural, construction and technological solutions,
in- and outdoor networks, utility systems, engineering and other equipment availability,
Social, economic, sanitation and hygiene, fire protection, ecology aspects and standards.
Working design contains detailed information for construction and installation works on the facility
Each stage is undertaken with detailed drawings, materials and equipment specifications. Full set of technical documents allows a contractor to carry out the full range of construction and installation works from foundation setting to interior finishing work.
HVAC, water supply, waste water, fire control, communication and video surveillance systems, power supply equipment, lighting, computer networks and other technical document elements are included to working design.
Client and inspection bodies can check and control the construction process with the working design.
